We know that our Recal Family love a good breakfast smoothie, so why not come up with two new recipes designed around the very different tastes and needs for men & women!

They are both packed with all of the essential vitamins, fats & nutrients needed to help your body recover after an intense sweat session! As well as incorporating flavours that gals + guys would appreciate in a smoothie. 

HIS -

A protein packed BAM in your face tummy satisfier! Filled with ingredients that will compliment a powerful weights session or intense cardio. Natural protein powder, essential omegas & a combination of creamy textures and crunchy cacao! Your man won’t know what’s hit him!

HERS -

Something with a little more sweetness, honey & Mejool dates teamed with energy boosting & mood lifting super-foods. Combine these with essential fats & organic protein, this sweetie will help in recovery after a high-intensity cardio class or a decent gym session - and tastes AMAZING!

HIS + HERS SMOOTHIES

HIS - INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 Cup of almond milk, unsweetened
  2. ¼ Cup of coconut cream, full fat
  3. 1 tbsp of Nuzest Good Green Stuff
  4. 1 Scoop of Nuzest rich chocolate Clean, lean, protein
  5. ¼ Cup of soaked cashews
  6. 1 Raw egg
  7. 1 tbsp of cacao powder
  8. 1 tbsp of hemp seed oil
  9. 1 Banana
  10. 1 tsp of Maca powder

TOP WITH

  1. 2 tsp of Cacao nibs
  2. 2 tsp of Sliced almonds

HER - INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 Cup of almond milk, unsweetened
  2. ¼ Cup of coconut cream, full fat
  3. 1 tbsp of hempseed oil
  4. 1 Scoop of Nuzest rich chocolate Clean, lean, protein
  5. ¼ Cup of fresh raspberries
  6. 4-5 Mejool dates
  7. 1 tsp of Goji powder
  8. 1 tsp of Maca powder
  9. 1 tsp of raw organic honey
  10. 1 tbsp of Flaxseed

TOP WITH

  1. 1 tsp of Chia seed
  2. 1 tsp of Goji berries

STEP 1 

Combine all of your ingredients in a smoothie container or high powered blender and blitz away until you reach your desired consistency. That’s it!

Sprinkle with the toppings in your recipe and your done! easy-peasy!

Feel free to switch out the toppings - be creative with your smoothie, these ingredients are what the girls love and what we think would be perfect for an after workout smoothie.
