REFUND POLICY

At RECAL, we stand behind our products. Every first-time order is backed by our Money-Back Guarantee, tiered by purchase type.
MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE — COVERAGE BY ORDER TYPE
Our Money-Back Guarantee applies to your FIRST order only:
- 3-Month Subscription (Recal Rebound System – 90-Day Reset Kit): 60-day money-back guarantee
- 1-Month Subscription: 30-day money-back guarantee
- Single Purchase (One-Time Order): 30-day money-back guarantee
The guarantee period starts on your original purchase date. If you are not satisfied with The Recal Rebound System for any reason within your applicable window, you may request a full refund. No questions asked. You do not need to return unopened product, and partial use does not disqualify your refund.
IMPORTANT — FIRST ORDER ONLY
The Money-Back Guarantee applies exclusively to your FIRST purchase from RECAL. Subsequent recurring subscription shipments are NOT covered by the Money-Back Guarantee. To avoid being charged for an upcoming subscription shipment, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date (see "Subscription Cancellation" below).
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund within your guarantee window, email us at support@myrecal.com with:
- Your order number
- Your name
- The reason for your refund request (optional but helpful for us to improve)
We will process your refund within 5-10 business days of receiving your request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
You can cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, with no fees. Cancellations must be made AT LEAST 24 HOURS before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.
To cancel:
- Log in to your account at myrecal.com and click "Manage Subscription" → "Cancel"
- Or email support@myrecal.com with your order number — we will cancel within 24 business hours
If you forget to cancel and are charged for an unwanted recurring shipment, contact us at support@myrecal.com within 14 days of the charge. While recurring shipments are not covered by the Money-Back Guarantee, we will review your situation and work toward a fair resolution at our discretion.
RETURNS
You do not need to return the product for your refund to be processed. If you wish to return the product anyway, please contact us first for return instructions. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email support@myrecal.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a free replacement at no cost to you. This applies to all orders regardless of subscription status.
